Objectives:
The objective of this article is to analyse cyberbullying against children and adolescents in the context of the Polish legal framework and preventive actions implemented in the educational system.

Material and methods:
The study is theoretical and analytical. It is based on an analysis of selected Polish legal acts and a review of interdisciplinary scientific literature concerning cyberbullying, its forms, and consequences for minors.

Results:
The analysis shows that although cyberbullying is not explicitly defined in Polish law, many forms of digital violence may be addressed under existing criminal provisions. In cases involving minors, legal responses are primarily educational and rehabilitative, with effectiveness strongly dependent on cooperation between schools, families, and public institutions.

Conclusions:
Cyberbullying constitutes a serious threat to the psychosocial safety of children and adolescents. Effective prevention requires an integrated approach combining legal regulations with educational and preventive measures aimed at building a safe digital environment.
