ABSTRACT
Objectives:
The aim of the study is to analyze the impact of leadership on the implementation of organizational innovations and to identify the characteristics of leaders that facilitate this process. The research, which is interdisciplinary in nature, covers management, politics, sociology, and psychology.

Material and methods:
The analysis is based on systematizing leadership models and examining the biography and management style of Jack Tramiel, comparing them with theoretical leadership patterns. The comparisons will be grounded in eight leadership categories described in the literature. The topic aligns with popular analyses in the fields of business psychology and management, allowing for reflection on the leadership styles of figures such as Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, and Elon Musk.

Results:
The analysis confirmed the initial hypotheses. Tramiel, as the founder of Commodore and Atari, demonstrated a high level of proactivity, which was evident in his decisive rescue actions, cost-cutting measures, and aggressive competition. His entrepreneurship and determination, combined with an authoritarian management style, led to fierce market rivalry. His uncompromising policies, mass layoffs, and centralization of power, including placing his sons in Atari's leadership, indicate his autocratic tendencies.

Conclusions:
The conducted study allowed for the characterization of Jack Tramiel's leadership style in the context of organizational management theory. The analysis of his biography indicates that he best fits the model of a dispositional leader, characterized by authoritarian leadership, a strong focus on results, and high expectations for the team, including the demand for complete availability from employees. Although this management style can yield results, it also provokes controversy and negative emotions.
