Peer Review Process

	1.	Manuscript Submission
	◦	The author submits the manuscript via the journal’s editorial system, ensuring all identifying information is removed to maintain anonymity.
	2.	Initial Editorial Assessment
	◦	The editorial secretary checks the manuscript for thematic relevance, completeness, and compliance with journal guidelines.
	◦	Initial decision: forward for peer review or desk rejection.
	3.	Selection of Reviewers
	◦	The editorial team selects independent reviewers (usually 2–3) with appropriate scientific expertise.
	◦	Invitations to review are sent out.
	4.	Double-Blind Review Process
	◦	The review is conducted in a double-blind manner: reviewers do not know the identity of the authors, and authors do not know the identity of the reviewers.
	◦	Reviewers confirm their willingness to review the manuscript within a specified timeframe.
	5.	Peer Review Process
	◦	Reviewers evaluate the anonymized manuscript for scientific merit, methodology, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
	◦	Reviewers prepare a report and recommendation: accept, accept with revisions, or reject.
	6.	Feedback to Authors
	◦	The editorial office sends anonymized reviewer comments to the author, maintaining the double-blind process.
	7.	Author Revisions
	◦	The author revises the manuscript according to reviewer suggestions and submits the revised version along with a response to the comments, ensuring the manuscript remains anonymized.
	8.	Optional Re-Review
	◦	The revised manuscript may be sent back to the reviewers to verify the changes made, still maintaining double-blind anonymity.
	9.	Final Editorial Decision
	◦	The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision to accept or reject the manuscript based on the reviews and revisions.
	10.	Notification to Author
	◦	The author receives official notification of the editorial decision.
	11.	Preparation for Publication
	◦	If accepted, the manuscript proceeds to editing, proofreading, and publication.
Note: In the double-blind review process, both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other throughout the entire review procedure to ensure impartiality and objectivity.
