Socialization of students in poly cultural environment in university

The aim of scientific work is to define effectiveness of the process in socializing students in poly cultural environment in universities. Theoretical foundations of this process are marked in the research (differentiation and individualization of education on the base of integrating poly cultural family values during students’ communication); complex, constant nature of social development; specialists’ interaction; priority of developing and studying poly cultural area in adapting social relations by students). The notion of poly cultural environment was specified. Social pedagogical model of students in poly cultural environment was determined, including content aimed set on keeping and developing socialization, subject of students; technology of implementing model, integrating psychological, cultural, psycho-pedagogical, socio-pedagogical components in family and specialists in the sphere of education and socio cultural environment. The results of experimental work are targeted on improving the process of socializing students in poly cultural environment. Data of experimental work, of manual could be used while professional training and retraining of specialists of socio-pedagogical, pedagogical, psychological and cultural branch with the aim of integrating their influence on social development of students.
