STRESZCZENIE
Cel pracy:
Artykuł prezentuje syntezę i krytyczną analizę dorobku naukowego dotyczącego relacji między dopasowaniem indywidualno-środowiskowym (P-E fit) a atrakcyjnością organizacji jako pracodawcy. Celem badań była identyfikacja mechanizmów łączących wskazane zmienne, wyodrębnienie dominujących klastrów tematycznych oraz identyfikacja luk badawczych, które wyznaczają przyszłe kierunki badań.
Materiał i metody:
Zastosowano metodę systematycznego przeglądu literatury (SLR), analizując 68 recenzowanych artykułów z bazy Scopus opublikowanych w latach 1996–2025. Proces selekcji i syntezy danych oparto na replikowalnym protokole badawczym korzystając z modelu PRISMA.
Wyniki:
Wyniki ujawniają znaczącą asymetrię w literaturze: dominacja perspektywy dopasowania jednostka-organizacja (P-O fit) prowadzi do marginalizacji pozostałych wymiarów P-E fit, takich jak dopasowanie do stanowiska (P-J), przełożonego (P-S) czy grupy (P-G), co ogranicza wielowymiarowe rozumienie zjawiska. Analiza wskazuje ponadto, że dopasowanie pełni istotną rolę m.in. jako moderator i mediator procesu oceny atrakcyjności pracodawcy, jak i czynnika determinującego atrakcyjność. SLR przyczyniła się do identyfikacji niedostatecznie eksplorowanych obszarów badań oraz sformułowania rekomendacji obejmujących potrzebę rozwijania holistycznych modeli P-E fit, doprecyzowania terminologii oraz pogłębionej analizy mechanizmów psychologicznych mediujących omawiane zależności w różnych sektorach i kontekstach kulturowych.
