The author of this paper presents two opposite ideas; social exclusion
and inclusion in the pedagogy of resocialization. The first idea is related to
the punishment stream according to criminal law and the second is concenrnig
on the more liberal thinking so called; pedagogical associated with
the values such as: tolerance and (caritas) love of neighbor. In the final
conclusions we find the fundamental theisis about social incusion as the
remedium and prevention of social pathology
