ABSTRACT
The article is theoretical, so it was based on literature studies. The purpose of the work was to create a concept integrating research results on strategic intelligence and strategic thinking. The adopted research procedure included the analysis and synthesis of selected literature items. The study was based on deductive reasoning. The synthesis of the literature was based on inductive reasoning. As a result of literature research, strategic intelligence, and strategic thinking have been identified. Behavioral strategies of enterprises with different levels of strategic thinking as well as characteristics of enterprises with high, medium, and low levels of strategic intelligence are presented. Finally, the concept of strategic intelligence as a process of strategic thinking and strategic action was presented. The research indicated the possibility of developing and improving strategic intelligence as well as strategic thinking skills as a multidimensional managerial competence.
