ABSTRACT
Human nature is an essential part of complex social systems. Experience, norms, habits are the basis of existence of the organization. The existing procedures may be adjusted by human characteristics, which affect the subordination of formal structures. Specific actions should be focused on appropriate interpersonal relations. The progress of civilization has an impact on issues related to human resources management. It focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship. Future forces continuing efforts in the field of creativity in adapting to the existing organizational structures. Development of growth forms of organizations is complementary to strategic human resources management. It affects the course of such functions and activities of management as planning, inspiring, informing, control and many others. What is the strategic management of human resources? It a way of achieving the objectives of the organization. It involves formulating effective strategies. In Poland, many companies are still looking for their own identity. They use the experience of proven models. The organization must choose the strategy model, which will be the best and will bring the expected results.
