The article presents some aspects of the regulatory framework and the
Polish Financial Supervision Authority recommendations to the banking
sector. The aim of the author is to consolidate the general expectations of
the supervisory authority to banks for the process of creation of new banking
products. The author indicates some of the correlations and existing
synergies between regulations. At the same time draws attention to the lack
of studies focusing on substantive issues or ongoing processes in banks.
This study can help organizational units in the banks responsible for the
creation and modification of the banking product offer in the understanding
of the expectations of the supervisory authority. Article is mainly based
on the method of analysis of the legal sources, the FSA recommendations
and comments to them.
