ABSTRACT
Objectives:
The purpose of this article is to evaluate the impact of an inclusive leader on creating a team of employees and to demonstrate the benefits of creating an inclusive work environment. Teams led by an inclusive leader are characterized by specific features that can positively affect the quality of their work and thus the way the organization functions.

Material and methods:
The article draws on a global study on inclusivity in organizations, titled: "Building a True Culture of Inlusion". The research was developed by Kincentric agency. In the research process, the author used the method of literature analysis of the topic and keywords, as well as secondary research analysis, and developed the final conclusions.

Results:
The results of the study allow us to identify the benefits associated with the functioning of an inclusive leader in an organization. A number of identified advantages from the application of inclusion in the enterprise allow us to conclude that teams operating in an inclusive work environment are more committed, united and more effective in their activities than other teams.

Conclusions:
The environment in today's reality is very diverse, mainly due to the streamlined migration of the population. This is forcing organizations and their leaders to become increasingly capable of managing diversity in order to create effective work teams. The solution to this problem may be the implementation of an inclusive leader in a company. Inclusiveness is a characteristic that defines a person who finds himself in many social groups and is able to unite representatives of different groups.
