There are new threats in the region due to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, a constant threat is international terrorism associated with cross-border crime, moreover, globalization has brought financial crisis. Poland is trying to accurately read these processes, interpret and react flexibly. This effort shall be borne by both the state and the nation.
