Progressive changes, primarily in the area of goods circulation on the Internet have resulted in interest increase in postal and delivery service. The rise of goods dispatch as well as time reduction of their delivery imposed by clients lead to the decline in security level of conducting business activity. The situation is an incentive for terrorist organizations and their wide range of activities in order to use opportunities created by polish postal and delivery facilities.
