ABSTRACT
Polish legislature amended the Code of Civil Procedure in 2010 paying
special attention to conformity of justice to the standards developed
in the other countries. The introduction of electronic protocol resulted in
acceleration of court proceedings. Moreover it contributed to changing the
image of Polish society dimension, as more efficient and effective.
